Please bring your own yoga mat.
The 50 min Mat Pilates Class offers a low-impact, full-body workout designed to enhance strength, flexibility, and body awareness through controlled movements on a mat. Utilizing props such as handled tubing, Pilates balls, magic rings, dumbbells, and yoga blocks, this class emphasizes breath, alignment, and core engagement to target the stabilizing muscles, ultimately improving posture and supporting daily activities. Please bring your own yoga mat.
The 50 min Pilates Reformer Class utilizes a specialized reformer machine to deliver a low-impact, full-body workout that enhances strength, flexibility, and muscle tone through controlled movements. Set in a motivating group environment, the class may also incorporate props like the short box, jump board, Pilates ball, looped band, dumbells, and magic ring to diversify your training experience. Grippy socks are required.
We ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 4 hours so another person can book your spot. A no show will result in paying full price for missed class.
