    Reformer Flow Pilates

      The 50 min Pilates Reformer Class utilizes a specialized reformer machine to deliver a low-impact, full-body workout that enhances strength, flexibility, and muscle tone through controlled movements. Set in a motivating group environment, the class may also incorporate props like the short box, jump board, Pilates ball, looped band, dumbells, and magic ring to diversify your training experience. Grippy socks are required.

    Reformer Pilates Circuit

    This 50-minute class blends higher-intensity, fast-paced exercises both on and off the reformer for a full-body workout. Expect a mix of movements that target the entire body, elevate your heart rate with cardio bursts, & challenge your core strength.

    This class incorporates endurance training & continuous movement to keep you energized and engaged. It’s the perfect way to build strength  & boost cardiovascular fitness.

    Reformer Foundations & Mobility

    Ease into the Pilates Reformer with this beginner-friendly reformer class is designed to help you build confidence, improve mobility, & learn the foundational movements of Pilates. Expect a slower-paced flow focused on proper form, alignment, and full-body mobility. Perfect for first-time clients or anyone looking to strengthen their movement. Suitable for beginners or anyone wanting to focus on basic reformer exercises and mobility. Please wear grip socks.

    Barre Fusion

     Experience a dynamic 50-minute Barre class that combines elements of ballet, Pilates, and strength training for a low-impact, full-body workout designed to build muscle, enhance posture, and boost flexibility. Engage in high-repetition, controlled movements targeting your core, arms, glutes, and legs, all set to energizing music, while utilizing various props like Pilates balls, dumbbells, and gliding discs for an effective and enjoyable session. Please bring a yoga mat.

    Mat Pilates (option for heated)

    The 50 min Mat Pilates Class offers a low-impact, full-body workout designed to enhance strength, flexibility, and body awareness through controlled movements on a mat. Utilizing props such as handled tubing, Pilates balls, magic rings, dumbbells, and yoga blocks, this class emphasizes breath, alignment, and core engagement to target the stabilizing muscles, ultimately improving posture and supporting daily activities. Please bring your own yoga ma. (Heated option available)

    Pilates Strength & Restore

    This 50 min class builds strength, control & flexibility with a combo of Pilates & foam rolling. 

    This format is designed to challenge your entire body by combining traditional Pilates principles with strength-focused movements to improve muscle tone, stability, while reducing muscle soreness & improving range of motion.

    Class is suitable for all fitness levels, with modifications offered throughout to build strength, support & prevent injury. Leave feeling stronger, more aligned, and energized.

    Pilates Cardio Sculpt (Heated option available)

    Pilates Cardio Sculpt is a 50 min high-energy, full-body workout with a mix of mat Pilates work, resistance training, and cardio bursts. It blends together body weight work, light weights, bands, and/or blocks with higher reps and a faster pace to increase the heart rate and strengthen your muscles. Expect a sweaty full body “burn” with high energy music. Please bring a yoga mat and towel. (Heated option available which is suitable for those who tolerate working out in a heated environment).
